JOB OVERVIEW

We're hiring at APK VISUALS, a YouTube media company managing multiple faceless YouTube channels across TV, Animation, History, and News.

We're currently looking for reliable Virtual Assistants to help operate software and support our internal workflows.

This role is focused on consistency and output. You’ll be responsible for helping produce 1–2 videos per day using our systems and tools. You’ll start by learning our systems and handling specific tasks, with opportunities to take on more responsibility as you become more comfortable with our processes.

Responsibilities:
• Operate software tools based on provided workflows
• Assist with content-related tasks and organization
• Handle basic uploading, formatting, or quality checks when needed
• Follow SOPs and instructions accurately
• Communicate progress and flag issues

Growth Path:
• Take on more responsibility across workflows over time
• Opportunity to support larger parts of operations as you improve
• Pay increases based on performance and reliability

Requirements:
• Strong English communication skills
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable learning new tools and systems
• Willingness to follow structured processes

Compensation:
Starts at $200/month with pay increases based on performance and consistency.
