JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for driven, reliable, and emotionally intelligent individuals to join our team as Chat-Based Sales Specialists.

This role is sales-focused, but not aggressive or transactional. Success in this position comes from your ability to build rapport, trust, truly understanding people, and guide conversations naturally toward sales.

You will be communicating with inbound customers via chat, building relationships, identifying needs, and creating personalised experiences that lead to consistent revenue.

This is a performance-based role with very high earning potential for the right person.

Your Responsibilities:

• Engage with inbound customers through chat
• Build rapport and emotional connection from the first message
• Understand customer needs, motivations, and intent
• Guide conversations toward purchases in a natural way
• Recommend offers based on the customer’s preferences
• Maintain long-term relationships for repeat sales
• Follow proven sales systems and frameworks
• Communicate with the team and track performance

Full training will be provided with step-by-step systems and scripts.

We are looking for focused individuals that are:

• Confident, but not pushy
• Coachable and willing to learn systems
• Consistent, reliable, and focused

Pay & Hours

• Full-time role (12-hour shifts)
• Schedule will be discussed in more detail during the interview

Compensation Structure:

• Base pay: $3 per hour
• Commission: Minimum 3% on sales
