In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support across
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer
Manage orders, returns, and exchanges within Shopify
Use tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, or Tidio to efficiently resolve support tickets
Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and brand experience
