Regulatory Compliance & Label Management

Prepare and maintain accurate label content for all SKUs in compliance with FDA 21 CFR Part 101 and EU Regulation 1169/2011 (FIC)
Write and verify complete ingredient declarations, allergen statements, and nutritional information for both US and European formats
Ensure correct net weight, serving size, and nutrition facts panel formatting per market requirements
Cross-check all label content against current ingredient specifications and supplier documentation before any artwork is finalised
Track and implement label changes when formulations, suppliers, or regulations change
Stay current with FDA and EU food labelling regulation updates and flag any that affect our products
Artwork & Print File Preparation

Prepare or coordinate production-ready artwork files for packaging across all product lines
Review proof files against approved label content before sign-off — catching errors before they go to print
Manage file versioning and maintain a clean archive of approved artwork by SKU and market
Liaise with external designers or print suppliers to ensure files meet technical print specifications
Product Documentation & Order Sheets

Build and maintain a master order sheet for each product: carton dimensions, units per carton, gross/net weight, barcode, and market-specific variants
Keep carton detail documents (inner pack, master carton, pallet configuration) up to date and accessible
Create and update product specification sheets for use by buyers, distributors, and trade shows
Maintain a centralised, version-controlled document system so the team always works from the latest approved materials
Quality Control & Double-Checking

Build and follow a consistent verification checklist for every new or updated label before approval
Conduct a final review pass on all packaging before it goes to production — nothing ships without your sign-off
Flag discrepancies immediately and resolve them with the relevant stakeholder before proceeding.
