About Us
Blue Eagle Media is a fast-growing real estate media company based in Hamilton, New Zealand. We work alongside real estate agents to deliver high-quality photography and video that helps them stand out, win listings, and grow their business.
As we expand into new regions and services, our focus is shifting beyond media into a full-scale marketing agency — both for our own brand and for the agents we partner with.
We are now looking for a Marketing Manager to help lead this next phase.
The Role
This is a strategic and hands-on role focused on building Blue Eagle Media into a market-leader, while also developing marketing systems and services we can offer to our agents.
You will be responsible for:
- Driving brand positioning
- Creating and executing marketing strategies
- Supporting sales growth
- Building scalable marketing systems for both the business and our clients
This role will start part-time, with a clear pathway to full-time as the business grows and results are proven. The better you are, the faster this will happen.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand & Positioning
- Develop and execute a clear strategy to position Blue Eagle Media as a leading real estate media brand in New Zealand
- Oversee brand consistency across all platforms (social, website,
- Build authority through content, messaging, and strategic campaigns
- Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Create and implement marketing plans to drive:
- Agent acquisition
- Brand awareness
- Lead generation
- Oversee and improve social media strategy
- Identify new growth opportunities and marketing channels
Sales & Growth
- Work closely with the business owner to align marketing with revenue goals
- Help develop offers and campaigns that convert agents into long-term clients
- Contribute to sales conversations and strategy where required
- Client Marketing Services (New Growth Area)
- Help design and deliver marketing and brand-building services for real estate agents, including:
- Social media strategy
- Personal branding
- Content planning
- Build scalable systems that can be rolled out across multiple agents
Leadership & Strategy
- Take ownership of marketing direction and confidently lead discussions
- Bring ideas, challenge thinking, and drive execution
- Stay up to date with trends in real estate marketing and digital strategy
What We’re Looking For
- Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in marketing, brand building, or growth roles
- Strong understanding of:
- Digital marketing
- Social media strategy
- Lead generation
- Brand positioning
- Ability to think both strategically and execute practically
- Experience in or working with real estate (preferred but not essential)
Personal Attributes
- Confident communicator who can lead conversations and take control when needed
- Strong decision-making and strategic thinking ability
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Creative, but also commercially minded
- High standards and attention to detail
- Honest, reliable, and committed to long-term growth
- Formal qualification in marketing or business
- Experience working with agencies or service-based businesses
- Experience building personal brands or managing client accounts
