We are a growing real estate media company based in Hamilton, New Zealand, working with agents to deliver high-quality photography and video that helps them win listings and grow their market presence.

As we expand into new regions and services, we’re looking to bring on a skilled video editor to help elevate our video offering.

The Role
Initially, this role will focus primarily on video editing, with the opportunity to grow into a broader creative role as we expand our services.

The majority of the videos we create at the ---------- nt are filmed on a Samsung S25 Ultra in log format. You will be responsible for turning this raw property footage into polished, high-quality walkthroughs and premium videos.

Key Responsibilities
- Download and organise raw video footage
- Edit real estate walkthrough videos (typically 4-minute single takes) into engaging 1:00–1:30 final edits
- Apply speed ramping, cuts, to maintain viewer engagement
- Colour grade footage to a consistent, high-quality standard
- Add overlays (provided), titles, transitions, and effects where appropriate
- Select and integrate suitable background music
- Deliver content ready for agent use and social media

As the role grows, you may also:
- Assist in creating social media video content for real estate agents
- Contribute creative ideas for new video styles and offerings
- Help refine and improve our overall video product

What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience with video editing (real estate experience a bonus)
- Proficiency in tools such as:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Final Cut Pro
- DaVinci Resolve

Good understanding of:
- Pacing and storytelling
- Colour grading
- Music selection and timing
