Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and coachable Guest Experience & Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day guest coordination and operational tasks. This role is essential in ensuring smooth check-ins, excellent communication, and efficient property management.

Key Responsibilities
• Track and manage all guest check-ins and check-outs
• Ensure guests complete required paperwork prior to arrival
• Communicate with guests to answer questions and provide support
• Follow up with guests before, during, and after their stay
• Coordinate and manage cleaning teams to ensure units are guest-ready
• Handle guest inquiries, issues, and special requests promptly
• Maintain accurate records using Google Sheets and internal systems
• Assist with bookkeeping and expense tracking
• Support daily operations and complete additional assigned tasks

Qualifications
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Experience with Google Sheets / spreadsheets
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge preferred
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple properties/guests
• Problem-solver with attention to detail
• Must be coachable and willing to learn systems/processes
• Previous experience in Airbnb, hospitality, or property management is a plus
