We’re growing quickly and are now looking for a Content Specialist to join our team.
ABOUT YOU
The ideal person wants to grow with us, take ownership of content quality, and elevate how our clients communicate.
You are:
• A confident writer with strong attention to detail and structure.
• Comfortable creating content across websites, social media,
• Strategic—you understand that content exists to drive outcomes, not just fill space.
• Organised and able to manage content calendars and deadlines independently.
• Experienced in maintaining and adapting brand voice across different platforms.
• Familiar with SEO principles and writing for search intent.
• Curious about performance and motivated to improve content based on data.
• Proactive with ideas and comfortable contributing in planning sessions.
• Accountable, reliable, and consistent in delivering high-quality work.
• At least 2 years of experience working in an agency environment.
AI + Content Capability
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has strong foundational writing skills without relying on AI.
• Knows how to use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT or similar on a professional set-up) to enhance speed, research, ideation, and optimisation—not replace thinking.
• Can refine, edit, and elevate AI-generated outputs into high-quality, on-brand content.
• Understands when to use AI—and when not to.
If you rely entirely on AI to write for you, this role is not a fit. If you know how to leverage AI as a tool while maintaining quality and originality, you’ll thrive here.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Content Specialist reports directly to the CEO and works closely with the wider team to support marketing and growth initiatives you will:
• Create high-quality website content, blog posts, landing pages, and SEO content.
• Write engaging social media and
• Develop ad copy to support paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Plan and manage content calendars across channels.
• Maintain and apply brand style guides consistently.
• Review and optimise existing content for clarity, performance, and SEO.
• Analyse content performance and provide insights and recommendations.
• Support campaign launches with coordinated content across channels.
• Collaborate with designers, web developers, and marketing specialists.
WORK SETUP
This is a remote role, ideally suited to someone who can work within or close to Australian business hours.
