We’re growing quickly and are now looking for a dedicated GHL (GoHighLevel) Specialist to join our team.

ABOUT YOU
The ideal person takes ownership of systems, thinks beyond tasks, and builds automation that supports real business outcomes—not just technical completion.

You are:
• Highly experienced with GoHighLevel (GHL). (Do not apply if you are a beginner.)
• Confident building workflows, automations, funnels, campaigns, and dashboards end-to-end.
• Strong in mapping and improving customer journeys across marketing and sales pipelines.
• Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable troubleshooting system, automation, and data issues independently.
• Process-driven with strong logical thinking.
• Proactive in identifying inefficiencies and improving systems before issues arise.
• Calm under pressure and solutions-focused.
• A clear communicator who can explain systems in simple, practical terms.
• Accountable, reliable, and consistent in execution.
• A fast learner who stays up to date with GHL updates and best practices.
• At least 2 years of experience working in an agency environment.

AI + SYSTEMS CAPABILITY
We’re looking for someone who understands both traditional system building and modern AI-powered workflows.
You should:
• Be able to design and build systems without relying on AI.
• Know how to use AI tools inside and outside GHL to enhance workflows, speed, and insights.
• Have experience working with GHL AI features (including AI agents and voice agents).
• Be able to refine, structure, and validate AI outputs—not just deploy them.
• Understand where AI improves efficiency—and where manual logic and control are still required.
If you rely on AI without understanding the underlying system logic, this role is not a fit.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The GHL Specialist reports directly to the CEO and works closely with the wider team across marketing, sales, and client delivery. You will:
• Build, manage, and optimise CRM systems inside GoHighLevel.
• Create and maintain workflows, triggers, and automations.
• Build and manage SMS and email campaigns.
• Create and optimise funnels and landing pages within GHL.
• Manage integrations between GHL and third-party tools.
• Monitor system performance and proactively troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain clean pipelines, accurate contact data, and reporting dashboards.
• Build and optimise GHL AI agents and voice agents.
• Support onboarding of new clients into structured GHL systems.
• Document processes and ensure systems are scalable and repeatable.
• Create and maintain snapshots based on validated systems and workflows.

WORK SETUP
This is a remote role, ideally suited to someone working within or close to Australian business hours.
