Role Overview
We are looking for a content creator who can produce scroll-stopping social media content and visually compelling advertisements. This role combines short-form video editing with graphic design to create content that captures attention and drives engagement and conversions.
You should understand how to structure content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, while also being able to design clean, modern visuals for ads.
Responsibilities
Create short-form video content (15–60 seconds) for social platforms
Edit engaging, fast-paced, trend-driven videos
Design graphics and visual assets for ads and posts
Produce talking-head, lifestyle, and UGC-style content
Incorporate current trends,
Use AI tools to generate content and enhance production
Create multiple variations for testing and iteration
Refine content based on performance feedback
Maintain clean, error-free English across all content
Required Skills
Strong video editing and basic graphic design skills
Understanding of social media content that performs
Ability to create strong hooks and clear calls-to-action
Good sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual flow
Excellent English (clear and correct grammar required)
Self-sufficient and able to execute quickly
Preferred Skills
Experience with CapCut or similar tools
Experience with AI content creation tools
Background in social media marketing or advertising
Experience in gaming, fintech, supplements, or software content
Compensation
$2/hour starting rate (part-time)
Opportunities to scale into full-time based on performance
