SHORT-FORM VFX ARTIST & EDITOR -
LONG-TERM ROLE WITH PERFORMANCE BONUSES (Work on Content Seen by Millions)

Are you a fast, creative VFX artist who can make scroll-stopping effects look effortless?
We're hiring a skilled short-form VFX artist and editor to join our in-house team at VFX Creators.

You'll start with a paid trial, and if it's a great fit, this grows into a stable part-time role with real earning potential through performance bonuses.
We teach tens of thousands of creators and entrepreneurs how to make professional VFX content using their phones. Our content reaches millions. We need someone who can bring those effects to life for our marketing, tutorials, and social media pages.

YOUR ROLE

You'll create short-form VFX videos for three main areas: marketing hooks and ads, visual effects content for our social media pages, and tutorial edits that teach our audience how to recreate effects. Output will vary week to week - some weeks more, some less - but as we find our rhythm together, we scale up.

REQUIREMENTS

Must be proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and CapCut. These are non-negotiable.
Beyond tools, we need someone who works fast under pressure and finds shortcuts without sacrificing quality. We are not looking for perfectionists. We want someone who can move quickly, make decisions, and deliver. You must be organized, detail-oriented, coachable, and 100% fluent in English.

THE TRIAL

Before anything becomes official, we run a paid one-week trial. You will complete four VFX hooks and one tutorial edit. Pay is $200 USD for the week.
Here is the twist: before you start, you will submit time estimates for each deliverable. We will compare those estimates to your actual time.
This is not a trap. It is how we find people who know themselves, communicate clearly, and can work efficiently under real conditions.
If you fall behind, we want to know about it before the deadline, not after.

COMPENSATION

Monthly retainer of $600 USD for part-time work (approx. 5hrs/day, with potential to grow into full-time. Performance bonuses on top of base pay: $100 when a full ad hook and body starts scaling, $30 when a new hook enters our testing rotation. If your work performs, you get paid more. Simple.
