Join our fast-growing, award-winning PR agency as a Social Media Content Coordinator & Video Editor.
We create high-performing content for brands across industries, from doctors and thought leaders to hospitality and entertainment, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented, trend-savvy editor who knows how to make content pop. If you live on TikTok, understand what makes people stop scrolling, and can turn raw footage into engaging, high-converting videos, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
Edit 150+ diverse short-form videos per month with a tight turn-around (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
Work from provided footage (b-roll, talking heads, skits)
Add:
On-screen text & captions
Trending sounds
Jump cuts, pacing, and transitions
Hooks that grab attention in the first 3 seconds
Follow creative direction + examples while also bringing your own ideas
Turn around edits quickly (often within 24–48 hours)
Organize files and content across multiple client accounts
What We’re Looking For:
Strong English communication (written + basic verbal)
Proven experience editing short-form social media content for a variety of brand industries
Deep understanding of:
TikTok & Instagram trends
Viral hooks and retention strategies
Proficiency in:
CapCut (required)
Canva/Adobe (must be knowledgeable in one or the other)
Project management tools like Trello or Later (preferred)
Access to iPhone 14 or newer (for quality checks + platform compatibility)
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once
Reliable, fast communicator, and able to meet deadlines consistently
Bonus Points If You:
Have worked with agencies or multiple clients at once
Can suggest improvements to content (not just follow instructions)
Understand US-based trends, viral editing and storytelling
If you are a carousel content creator expert
Hours & Growth:
