JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Meta / Paid Social Media Buyer

Location: Remote
Experience: 2+ years in PPC for eCommerce
Hours: 8am - 4pm (PH timezone)
Compensation: USD $15,000 - $20,000/p.a. (depending on experience)

The Opportunity
We're looking for a talented and detail-obsessed Meta media buyer to join our remote team. You’ll play a key role in managing and optimising paid social campaigns for a diverse portfolio of eCommerce clients. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who loves diving into data, experimenting with strategy, and finding smart ways to scale.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Launching, managing, and optimising Paid Social Ads campaigns
• Structured creative testing and reporting
• Scaling campaigns based on performance data and business goals
• Collaborating with creative and strategy teams to align messaging and performance
• Managing budgets, pacing, and daily account health
• Ensuring compliance with Meta Ads policies and ad approvals
• Creating clear, insightful reports for internal and client use
• Participating in internal strategy calls to provide tactical recommendations

What We're Looking For:
Someone who questions platfor ---------- trics and digs for real-world business results
Experience with or willingness to learn unit economics and profitability analysis
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Self-directed learner who seeks help when needed
Equipment: Computer with camera for video calls
Someone with high attention to detail

Note: This is a full-time commitment. We're building a team of strategic thinkers, not just button-pushers. Prior Meta Ads experience is valuable but we prioritize analytical thinking and willingness to challenge conventional metrics.
