JOB TITLE:
GHL Funnel Builder (Credit Repair + Coaching Business)

SALARY: $5 - $8 USD/hourly
HOURS: Full-time | 40 hrs/week | Mon–Fri
TIMEZONE: Must overlap US Central Time (CST) 9AM–1PM
TYPE: Long-term | Work from home

ABOUT THE ROLE

I run two businesses — a credit repair company (Make A Way Worldwide) and a coaching business that teaches people how to start and fund their own credit repair company. I need a GHL funnel builder to build and manage all the funnels for both.

This is a conversion job, not a design job. Every page you build will be measured by opt-in rate, booking rate, and sales. If you cannot track and improve those numbers, this is not the right role.

WHAT YOU WILL BUILD

For the credit repair company:
— Lead magnet opt-in funnel (free credit analysis)
— Credit score quiz funnel
— Facebook and Instagram ad landing pages
— Google ad landing page
— VSL (video sales letter) funnel
— Webinar registration funnel
— $27 tripwire / self-liquidating offer funnel
— VIP application funnel
— Referral partner sign-up page
— Client upsell pages (Credit Builder Bundle, monitoring, business credit)
— Win-back and reactivation pages

For the coaching business:
— Free training opt-in funnel (how to start a credit repair company)
— Webinar / masterclass registration funnel
— Course or program sales page
— Application funnel for high-ticket coaching
— Lead magnet funnel (free guide or checklist)
— Email list building opt-in pages

Ongoing for both businesses:
— A/B testing and conversion optimization
— Connect all funnels to GHL automations, tags, and workflows
— Install and verify Facebook Pixel on every page
— Weekly report on opt-in rates and page performance

WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR

Required:
-2+ years building funnels in GoHighLevel specifically
- Experience with lead gen funnels for service or coaching businesses
- Knows how to set up and verify Facebook Pixel events
- Builds mobile-first — always
- Has run A/B tests and can show real conversion data
- Communicates clearly and meets deadlines

Strong preference for:
- Experience with credit repair, financial services, or coaching funnels
- Understands message match between ads and landing pages
- Has built webinar and VSL funnels before
- Familiar with GHL automations (not required to build them, just connect funnels to them)

TECHNICAL STANDARDS

Every funnel must:
— Load in under 3 seconds (under 2 seconds for paid ad pages)
— Be fully optimized for mobile
— Have Facebook Pixel events firing correctly
— Be connected to the correct GHL workflow trigger
— Have zero broken links or placeholder text on delivery

COMPENSATION

$5- $8 Dollars a hour depending on experience
$50 bonus per funnel when it hits its conversion benchmark within 30 days
Long-term role — I am not looking for a one-time project
