JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a serious person to help me create content for my personal brand. Part time or full time.

I’m an e-commerce and business coach, and I post mainly on:

? YouTube
? Instagram
? Shorts
? Carousel posts

I need someone who understands content research, content replication, video editing, and carousel design.

This is not for beginners.

Do not apply just because you need a job.
Only apply if you actually understand what I need and can do the job properly without wasting my time.

What I need help with:

? Research trending content in the business coaching niche
? Focus mainly on e-commerce, dropshipping, AI, mindset, freedom, and personal brand content
? Find competitor videos and posts that are performing well in terms of views, likes, reach, saves, and engagement
? Put the best content ideas into a Google Sheet in an organised way
? Suggest which ideas can be recreated using my existing B-rolls
? I already have a big Google Drive folder with B-rolls of me working, travelling, lifestyle, results, Shopify stores, etc.
? Match content ideas with the right B-rolls from my folder
? Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Shorts, and other social platforms
? Help recreate high-performing carousel posts from competitors in our own style
? Use Figma or similar tools to design clean, strong carousel posts
? Understand how to tweak content properly so it is inspired by what works, but made to fit my brand

? Content that performs well on Instagram and YouTube

I want someone who:

? Can find winning content ideas fast
? Understands why certain videos or carousels perform well
? Can edit without needing too much hand-holding
? Can work in an organised way
? Can think for themselves
? Has good taste in content, design, and editing
? Understands hooks, structure, pacing, captions, and retention
? Is a professional and values my time

Very important:

I do not want to waste time teaching basic stuff.

I only want to work with someone who already knows how to do research, editing, and content replication the right way.
