Experienced Affiliate Marketing Specialist – Set Up Full Program + Recruiter Sourcing (Long-term)

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Affiliate Marketing Virtual Assistant / Specialist with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in setting up and managing affiliate programs from scratch.
This is a long-term position for someone who can build the complete foundation of our affiliate program and then help scale it by finding and onboarding quality affiliates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and recommend the best modern affiliate tracking platform in 2026 (must handle advanced tracking technologies, e-commerce site integration, server-to-server tracking, and solutions for App Tracking Transparency / ATT / privacy changes).
• Fully set up the chosen tracking platform on our e-commerce website (including proper installation, configuration, pixel/setup, commission structures, reporting dashboards, fraud prevention, etc.).
• Create all necessary program materials (terms & conditions, commission rules, promotional assets guidelines, etc.).
• Develop a strategy for recruiting affiliates.
• Actively help source and recruit affiliates from social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook groups, YouTube, forums, etc.).
• Build and maintain a database of potential affiliates and outreach templates.
• Monitor initial performance, optimize tracking accuracy, and provide regular reports.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years proven experience in affiliate marketing — specifically setting up tracking platforms and programs from scratch (not just promoting as an affiliate).
• Strong knowledge of top-tier tracking tools used today (examples: Post Affiliate Pro, Tapfiliate, Impact, Everflow, Refersion, PartnerStack, or similar modern platforms).
• Experience integrating tracking with e-commerce websites (Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom platforms).
• Familiarity with privacy-compliant tracking methods (first-party cookies, server-side tracking, mitigating ATT issues, etc.).
• Ability to research, recommend, and implement the most effective solution for long-term performance.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Bonus: Experience recruiting affiliates via social media outreach or managing recruiter teams.
