We are a fast-growing home service company based in California looking to hire a reliable and motivated Virtual Assistant to help manage incoming leads, customer communication, outbound calls, and appointment scheduling.

Because of this, speed, persistence, and professionalism are extremely important.
Your role will be to contact new leads, communicate with customers, follow up on previous inquiries, and schedule technician appointments.
You will also assist with basic data entry and updating customer information inside our CRM system.
You do not need previous experience with our software, as we will train you on how to use our CRM, call system, and internal tools.
This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable speaking with customers, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Scope of Work
Your responsibilities will include:
• Data entry and updating customer information in our CRM
• Placing outbound calls to new leads
• Following up with previous customers
• Scheduling technician appointments
• Sending text messages and
• Updating lead notes and tracking communication history
• Coordinating with our internal team
You will be trained on how to use our CRM, dialing systems, and internal tools.
Work Schedule
This position requires working during U.S. daytime hours, which is night shift in the Philippines.
Shifts are 9 hours in length and will fall between the hours of:
7:00 AM – 9:00 PM PST
Exact shifts will be assigned during the hiring process.

Compensation
The starting rate for this position is $5 per hour.
That said, we actively reward performance—if you show excellent English, strong communication, and the ability to perform effectively in your role, we can increase your pay to $6 per hour.
