Job Type: Full Time (9am–6pm CST with 1hr unpaid break)

Job Summary:
The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for researching, identifying, and generating high-quality leads at scale (1K–3K leads per day) to support our sales and closer teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and has experience using lead generation platforms such as Apollo, GHL, or other similar tools.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target accounts.
Utilize lead generation tools (Apollo, GHL, or similar) to generate 1K–3K leads per day and maintain a robust lead database.
Qualify leads based on defined criteria and pass high-quality leads to the sales team.
Maintain accurate and organized records of leads, contacts, and interactions in CRM systems.
Monitor and report on lead generation metrics and performance.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in lead generation.
Research and verify contact details using skip tracing tools.
Organize and manage leads inside GoHighLevel (GHL).
Create and maintain automations, workflows, and pipelines.
Prepare reports on lead accuracy and quality.
Lead and guide a small team when needed.

Requirements:
Proven experience in lead generation, sales prospecting, or business development.
Familiarity with lead generation tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.
Strong research and analytical skills to identify high-quality prospects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in B2B lead generation or SaaS sales.
Knowledge of email outreach, cold calling, and multichannel prospecting strategies.
Results-driven with a proven track record of generating qualified leads.
1+ year of skip tracing or lead research experience.
Strong experience using GoHighLevel (GHL).
Familiarity with email verifier tools.
Excellent attention to detail and organization.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
