JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a ROCKSTAR customer service person. This is a role that requires FAST responses to customers, in a friendly manner. All messages come online, so written communication and speed are VERY important

Experience in the following is helpful:

1) Expert English
2) Dripify or similar (appointment setting)
3) Airbnb Management (logical responses to customers with questions, asking ChatGPT, etc.)
4) ---------- (pulling leads for campaigns)

This is a FAST PACED role for someone who takes ownership and is quick to respond. You’ll handle outreach and admin operations, and play an active role in improving systems, processes, and results across the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Managing LinkedIn and outbound outreach campaigns (using tools like Dripify, Apollo, Instantly, etc.)
- Managing guest responses, fast customer service
- Booking and coordinating meetings
- Creating LinkedIn content using Canva
- Handling prospect responses, follow-ups, and objections
- Outbound outreach via email and cold calling
- Supporting business growth by contributing ideas, improvements, and better ways of working

YOU ARE:

- A self-starter who takes initiative and doesn’t wait to be told what to do
- Comfortable owning outcomes, not just completing tasks
- Highly organized, proactive, and efficient
- Confident working independently in a fully remote environment
- Clear and professional in written and spoken English
- Interested in a long-term role with room to grow
- Naturally proactive, you flag issues, ideas, or improvements before being asked
- Great at customer service
