We are a growing financial services company planning to transition from Zoho CRM to GoHighLevel. We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel expert to help us set up and optimize our system for multiple business lines.
This is a project-based role with the potential for ongoing work.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and structure our GoHighLevel account and sub-accounts for multiple businesses
Build and customize pipelines and stages for different workflows (sales, underwriting, funding, etc.)
Create and implement automations and workflows for lead nurturing and deal progression
Set up
Configure contact management system, including tagging, segmentation, and deduplication
Establish user roles, permissions, and access levels for sales, management, and accounting teams
Integrate and set up e-signature documents and workflows
Set up and manage social media planner and scheduling tools
Assist with
Ensure smooth migration from Zoho CRM to GoHighLevel (contacts, pipelines, data structure)
Provide recommendations for best practices and system optimization
Requirements
Proven experience working with GoHighLevel (HighLevel CRM)
Strong understanding of CRM setup, automation, and pipeline management
Experience with workflow automation, triggers, and campaigns
Knowledge of
Experience setting up user roles and permissions
Ability to organize and structure CRM systems efficiently
Experience in mortgage, finance, or real estate (preferred but not required)
Project Scope
Initial full CRM setup and configuration
Wages will be paid in Canadian dollars - please only applied if you're good with this as we are a Canadian company located in Ontario
Workflow and pipeline creation
Automation and communication setup
User access and permissions setup
Optional ongoing support and optimization
