Compensation: $X per qualified prospect OR hourly rate + commision

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented prospecting specialist to help us find Instagram creators and businesses with visible funnel leaks. You'll be using systematic methods to identify prospects who have good content/audience but poor conversion - perfect candidates for our funnel optimization services.

This is NOT a generic lead generation role. You'll be conducting quick Instagram funnel audits (2-5 minutes per prospect) to identify specific conversion problems that we can help fix.

YOUR MISSION
Find high-quality Instagram prospects who:
Have clear funnel leaks visible within 5 minutes of inspection
Are actively growing but struggling to convert their audience into revenue
They sell a product or service (coaching, consulting) and we can come in and help them scale that
Would benefit from personalized Loom video audits and funnel optimization

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Daily/Weekly Tasks:
Competitor Audience Mining (40% of time)
Identify 5-10 competitors in our niche (coaches, creators, info product businesses)
Extract their most engaged followers (people who regularly comment/like)
Screen for prospects with 5,000-75,000 followers and >.05% engagement
Hashtag & Content Mining (30% of time)
Monitor problem-focused hashtags: #strugglingwithfunnels, #conversionproblems, #showuprate
Find creators sharing funnel/content struggles

Identify people asking for help with Instagram conversion
Quick Funnel Audits (30% of time)
Conduct 2-5 minute Instagram funnel assessments using our checklist
Score prospects 1-10 based on visible conversion leaks
Document specific issues found (bio clarity, content alignment, link flow, etc.)

Deliverables Each Week:
Starting with 15-25 fully qualified prospects with documented funnel audits
Spreadsheet/CRM entries for each prospect including:
Instagram handle
Funnel audit score (1-10)
Top 3 visible funnel issues
Recommended Loom outreach angle
Why they're a good fit for our services
Brief summary report of findings and patterns observed

QUALIFICATIONS WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must Have:
Experience with prospecting or lead generation
Experience with Instagram (personal or professional use)
Strong attention to detail and observational skills
Basic understanding of sales funnels/marketing concepts
Ability to work independently and meet weekly targets
Good written communication skills for documentation

This role is a very important role to the business, yet it's very repetitive. So only apply if you're familiar with the nature of the role.

Familiarity with Instagram analytics/tools
Background in marketing, sales, or customer research
Experience with spreadsheets/CRM systems
