JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Customer Support & SMS Conversion Specialist to manage and optimize our 2-way SMS conversations with potential customers.

This is not a basic support role, your main goal is to convert inbound SMS responses into paying customers.

You’ll be handling users who:

Started but didn’t complete checkout
Have questions or objections
Need reassurance before purchasing

You’ll also assist with email support when needed.
