Customer Success & Appointment Setter (Full-Time | Remote)

Company: Select Media Co. (Luxury Real Estate Media – Arizona, USA)

We are a fast-growing real estate media company looking for a highly detail-oriented, proactive Customer Success & Appointment Setter to join our team.

This role is critical to our growth. You will be the first point of contact for clients, managing communication, scheduling, and driving new business through outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle incoming client messages, requests, and support needs
• Schedule and manage appointments and bookings
• Coordinate with internal tea ---------- mbers to ensure tasks are completed
• Conduct 10–20 outbound cold calls daily to generate and set appointments
• Maintain clear, professional communication with clients at all times
• Ensure all details are accurate and nothing falls through the cracks

Requirements
• Fluent English (VERY strong speaking skills required)
• Clear communication is a top priority
• Minimal accent strongly preferred
• Proven experience in customer service and cold calling
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Strong ability to multitask and follow systems
• Comfortable working on Arizona (MST) business hours
• Reliable internet and quiet work environment
