JOB OVERVIEW

Sales role for motivated closers. Hours are flexible — we care more about consistent results and closed clients each month than fixed hours.

What You'll Do:
• Handle the full sales cycle: prospecting (LinkedIn, email, calls), qualifying leads, pitching our $1,800/month VA packages, and closing via Zoom or phone (aligned with US business hours when needed).
• Focus on high-ticket B2B sales to US tech startups and real estate SMBs.
• Once you close a client, our US team takes over all operations, client management, and VA handling — you focus purely on selling.

How You Get Paid (Clear & Transparent):
• Guaranteed base: $500 per month
• Uncapped recurring incentives: $100 per month per active client you close, starting from your 3rd client onward (every client from #3 onward pays $100/month as long as they remain subscribed)

Realistic earnings examples (while clients stay active):
• 7 clients closed ? $1,000/month total
• 17 clients closed ? $2,000/month total
• 27 clients closed ? $3,000/month total (and higher as you scale)
• Option to name a beneficiary for ongoing incentives

Requirements:
• Proven experience closing high-ticket B2B deals ($1,000+ value, preferably recurring or retainer services)
• Fluent English with strong communication skills and confidence on sales calls
• Self-motivated hunter who enjoys outbound prospecting
• Reliable high-speed internet, headset, and quiet workspace
• Ability to align some hours with US time zones for calls
