We are looking for a high-level Video Editor who understands more than just editing.
This role is for someone who wants to be part of a growing brand in the Amazon FBA and e-commerce space, helping build content that drives real business results.
You will be working directly with 4 experienced Amazon business owners building a fast-growing community and content-driven brand. You will be creating scroll-stopping content, including high-performing long-form videos, short-form clips, and course material.
What You’ll Be Doing
Editing 3 full courses over the next 3-4 months (Amazon FBA & e-commerce training content)
Editing 1 long-form YouTube video per week
Creating DAILY short-form content (target: 1 high-quality clip per day across TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
Repurposing long-form content into multiple short-form assets
Designing thumbnails for YouTube and event promotions
Assisting with video descriptions SOPs, including affiliate links and CTAs
Leading content strategy (hooks, structure, retention, repurposing)
Directing a support VA who will handle scheduling, posting, and execution tasks
Guiding keyword direction, hashtags, titles, and overall content positioning
Assisting with event promotion content (1–2 promotions per month)
Occasional ad hoc creative tasks
Success in This Role Looks Like
Consistent daily short-form output
Improving retention and engagement across videos
Content contributing to leads and audience growth
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience editing long-form content for YouTube and online courses.
Ability to create short-form content from LF videos with engaging hooks and fast-paced edits
Strong understanding of what performs on social media
Ability to think strategically about content, not just edit
Experience guiding content direction (titles, hooks, keywords, positioning)
Comfortable leading or directing another VA for execution tasks
Experience with course-style content editing (clean, structured, professional)
Basic understanding of thumbnails and CTR optimisation
Someone proactive who can suggest improvements, not just follow instructions
Good written English for content direction and communication
Reliable, consistent, and able to hit weekly deadlines
You are responsible for content performance and direction. Execution support will be handled by a VA
Bonus (Not Required, But Valuable)
Experience in e-commerce / Amazon FBA content
Understanding of content funnels (YouTube ? Shorts ? Leads)
Basic knowledge of analytics (retention, CTR, etc.)
