What You'll Be Doing
You'll edit short-form and long-form video content for our agency brands and our clients. This includes talking-head videos, podcast clips, educational content, and social reels. You'll be responsible for the full post-production workflow: rough cut through final delivery.
Specifically:
Edit talking-head and interview-style videos with dynamic pacing, punch-ins, and multi-cam cuts
Create on-screen motion graphics, animated text, lower thirds, data callouts, and visual overlays in the style of modern creator-brand content (think Hormozi-era 2025/2026 production: bold typography, kinetic text, fast visual reinforcement of key points)
Source and place relevant B-roll that supports the topic being discussed. Not filler. Contextual, purposeful footage that adds meaning.
Add accurate, well-timed captions/subtitles with stylized formatting
Research topics covered in each video so your graphic choices, B-roll pulls, and text overlays actually match the subject matter
Adapt your editing style across different client brands. A med spa video looks and feels different than an HVAC company video. You need range.
Deliver content optimized for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok,
What We're Looking For
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or DaVinci Resolve + Fusion)
Strong motion graphics ability: kinetic typography, icon animation, data visualization, animated transitions
Demonstrated ability to replicate modern, high-energy editing styles seen in top business/creator content
Good eye for color grading and audio mixing/cleanup
Ability to independently research and source B-roll (stock footage libraries, contextual image sourcing)
Fast turnaround without sacrificing quality
Strong English comprehension. You'll be listening to English-language content and need to understand context to make good editorial decisions.
Portfolio or reel showing range across multiple editing styles is required
Bonus Points
Experience with Canva, Figma, or Photoshop for thumbnail/graphic creation
Familiarity with YouTube content strategy (retention editing, hook structure, pattern interrupts)
Experience editing for service-based businesses or agencies
Ability to create simple 2D character animation or explainer-style motion graphics
