JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring an experienced Sales Development Representative to help drive growth across a fast-moving group of companies in home services, construction, marketing, sales, and operations.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who is confident, sharp, competitive, organized, and great with people. You’ll be working in an environment that values performance, communication, resourcefulness, and long-term growth. If you enjoy talking to people, following up, handling objections, setting appointments, generating opportunities, and helping move deals forward, this could be an excellent fit.

You will be working across multiple companies, offers, and campaigns, so this role is best for someone who can stay focused, adapt quickly, and communicate at a high level.


PAY

Starting at $5/hour plus performance-based pay, commissions, tips, bonuses, and milestone payments.

You will also receive a $0.25 raise every quarter, equal to $1.00 per year indefinitely, based on continued employment and solid performance.


SCHEDULE

Starting schedule:
Monday through Friday
9:00 AM to 2:00 PM EST
1-hour break from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Some Saturday work may be required, especially in the beginning.

Long-term schedule:
Monday through Friday
7:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST
1-hour break from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM

This role starts part-time, but we are looking for someone interested in growing with us long-term.


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Reaching out to leads and prospects by phone, text, email, and follow-up
- Starting conversations, building interest, and creating sales opportunities
- Qualifying leads and helping move them through the pipeline
- Setting appointments and supporting the sales process
- Following up consistently and professionally
- Helping with light admin, CRM updates, and communication tracking
- Using software, systems, and AI tools to work faster and smarter


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous sales, SDR, appointment setting, lead generation, or inside sales experience
- Excellent English, written and spoken
- Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills
- Comfortable handling objections and talking with new people every day
- Organized, coachable, competitive, and self-motivated
- Comfortable using computers, CRMs, software, and AI tools
- Able to follow directions, stay sharp, and perform consistently
- Availability to work EST time (Charlotte/Miami)
