About Trémont
Trémont is a UK-based watch brand focused on vintage-inspired design, understated luxury, and timeless aesthetics.
We are building a global e-commerce brand and are looking for a performance-driven marketer to take ownership of our paid acquisition and help us scale strategically.

Role Overview
We are looking for someone who goes beyond just running ads.
This role is for a strategic performance marketer who understands how to:
Acquire customers profitably

Test and scale creatives

Build a repeatable growth system

You should be confident enough to guide our direction, bring ideas, and help us make smarter marketing decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimise Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns

Develop and execute a clear paid acquisition strategy

Conduct creative testing (angles, hooks, formats, messaging)

Analyse performance and optimise based on data (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.)

Identify winning audiences and scale campaigns effectively

Work closely with our Social Media Manager to improve ad creatives

Collaborate with our Email Marketer to align on offers, messaging, and conversion strategy

Suggest improvements to landing pages and conversion flow


What We Are Looking For
Proven experience running Meta Ads with measurable results

Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing and customer journeys

Ability to think strategically, not just execute tasks

Experience with creative testing and scaling campaigns

Comfortable analysing data and making decisions from it

Proactive mindset - brings ideas and solutions


Strong Advantage
Experience working in a marketing agency

Experience managing multiple brands or ad accounts

Experience with Google Ads (or ability to expand into it later)

We are specifically looking for someone who can help us build and scale a system for consistent growth.

Team Structure
You will be working alongside:
A Social Media Manager (content & organic growth)

An Email Marketer (retention & lifecycle marketing)

Your role is to focus on paid acquisition, while collaborating to improve overall performance.

Compensation
Starting from $300/month (based on experience)

Opportunity for increase based on performance
