**About the Role:**
[cite_start]ScaleUp is looking for a lightning-fast, high-level **Figma Specialist** to join our Retention and Customer Service department[cite: 2, 4]. **Compensation & Volume:**
* **Rate:** $5.00 USD per design.
* **Minimum Requirement:** 10 designs per day.
* [cite_start]**Potential:** We have a backlog of **hundreds of designs** waiting[cite: 19, 24]. The faster you work (without sacrificing quality), the more you earn. There is no cap on your daily earnings.

**Your Responsibilities:**
* [cite_start]**Figma-First Workflow:** Execute all designs exclusively in Figma, ensuring they are pixel-perfect and ready for production[cite: 54].
* **Brief Interpretation:** You will receive a copy brief in Hebrew. [cite_start]Your first step will be to translate the content (using provided tools) and then design the email based on the brief[cite: 11, 13].
* [cite_start]**Brand Alignment:** Research each client’s website to ensure the email design matches their specific brand language and style[cite: 12].
* [cite_start]**Optimization:** Deliver designs that are fully optimized for both mobile and desktop views[cite: 34].
* [cite_start]**Speed & Accuracy:** Meet strict deadlines while maintaining high creative standards[cite: 66, 72].

**Requirements:**
* [cite_start]**Figma Expert:** Absolute mastery of Figma is required[cite: 54].
