We are a US-based technology company that provides wifi, camera, and access control systems for marinas across the country. We support thousands of boaters and marina staff, and our goal is simple: keep everything working smoothly and make support easy.

About the Role
We are hiring a full-time Customer Support / Tech Support Virtual Assistant to handle basic wifi and camera support for our customers.

Most issues are simple (connecting devices, basic troubleshooting) and follow a step-by-step process (SOP). Your job is to guide customers clearly, solve what you can, and escalate anything more technical.

You will be speaking with customers via phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities
Assist customers with connecting to wifi networks
Walk users through simple troubleshooting steps
Answer common questions from staff and boaters
Follow structured SOPs and troubleshooting flows
Log and manage tickets in HubSpot
Escalate technical issues to the internal team when needed
Communicate clearly and professionally at all times

Requirements
Strong English communication (spoken and written)
Comfortable speaking on the phone with customers
Experience in customer support or tech support
Ability to follow processes and scripts consistently
Strong problem-solving mindset
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience with wifi / basic networking concepts
Familiarity with Ubiquiti UniFi systems
Experience using HubSpot or similar ticketing tools

Schedule
Full-time (40 hours/week)
Must work U.S. Eastern Time (ET) hours
