The Opportunity:
This is a full-time position for a motivated, self-starter to be a key part of our operations. While the role starts at $500 a month, we are looking for someone who wants to grow with us. As our business expands, your responsibilities and compensation will grow along with it. The sky is the limit for our growth, and we are looking for an ambitious individual who is ready to take on more and build a career, not just have a job.

Key Responsibilities:

1.) Sourcing and Product Research:

Proactively find profitable products for our online arbitrage business using our established criteria and your own initiative.
Research trends and sales to identify new opportunities.

2.) Administrative Tasks:

Handle data entry, ensuring all product and sourcing information is accurate and organized.

Manage and track orders, ensuring timely and correct delivery of inventory.

Maintain detailed records and reports in Google Sheets.

Check for missing inventory: Run the "Reconcile" report for all FBA shipments that were recently closed.

Create a case with Seller Support for any units that Amazon received but have not been added to your inventory.

Track reimbursements: Go to your "Reimbursements" dashboard to ensure all pending cases are being processed. Follow up on any cases that are past the expected resolution time.

3.) General Backend Support:

Provide support for various Amazon Seller Central administrative tasks as needed.

Assist with other administrative duties as required to support our business operations.

Compensation & Benefits:
-Salary: A stable full-time base salary of $500 per month.
— Opportunity to earn $550 USD / mo after 6 months if performance milestones are met
— Opportunity to earn $600 USD / mo after 12 months is performance milestones are met
