JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for an ADVANCED GoHighLevel expert to build and manage a complete CRM, pipeline, and automation system for my credit repair and business funding company.

This starts as a project to build the system, and if everything works well this will turn into a long-term part-time position managing and improving automations and CRM systems.

I am NOT looking for a beginner. You must already have experience building GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines, triggers, SMS/email automations, calendars, and CRM systems.

I do NOT need someone to run ads. I need someone to build the backend CRM system, automations, and workflows.

SYSTEM I NEED BUILT:

CRM / PIPELINE
• Build CRM pipeline stages
• Lead tagging and organization
• Custom fields (credit score, funding amount, business type)
• Automatic pipeline movement
• Task reminders and automation
• Lead scoring setup

LEAD AUTOMATIONS
• New lead SMS immediately
• New lead email immediately
• Follow-up automation (0–14 days)
• Long-term follow-up (30, 60, 90 days)
• Missed call text back
• Re-engagement automation
• Stop automation when lead replies
• Stop automation when appointment booked

APPOINTMENT AUTOMATIONS
• Appointment confirmation SMS/email
• 24-hour reminder
• 2-hour reminder
• No-show follow-up automation
• Reschedule automation

CLIENT AUTOMATIONS
• New client onboarding automation
• Payment reminder automation
• Document request automation
• Monthly check-in automation
• Review request automation
