JOB OVERVIEW

Customer Support Specialist (E-commerce)

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and/or social media
Resolve complaints and proactively improve the customer journey
Collaborate with internal teams such as logistics and operations
Contribute to customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

Proven experience with Gorgias (required)
Experience working within a Dutch e-commerce company
Experience with ---------- and/or MediaMarkt marketplaces
Strong communication skills in Dutch (English is a plus)
Solution-oriented and able to perform under pressure
