ABOUT US

We are a fast-growing eCommerce company running multiple Shopify stores across the US and UK markets in home decor, lighting, and fashion. We are in a major growth phase this year — uploading 30-40 products every 2-3 days — and we need a talented image generator who can keep up with that pace and grow with us.

We take our team seriously. We are not looking to fill a seat. We are building the right team of reliable, skilled people who want to grow inside a company that is genuinely scaling fast.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be responsible for generating high-quality, realistic lifestyle and product images for our home decor and lighting store using AI image generation tools. Our products are imported and the product lister handles the copy — your job is to make each product look stunning, realistic, and ready to sell on Google Ads.

You will work closely and coordinate directly with our product lister. When they finish listing a batch of products, you need to have the images ready so products can go live without delays. Speed and consistency are just as important as quality.

This is not a role for someone who produces generic, obviously fake AI images. Our customers and ads demand realism. Every image needs to look like it belongs in a real home.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Generate realistic AI lifestyle images for home decor and lighting products following our image SOP (provided on hire)
• Place products into styled, realistic home settings that match the US market aesthetic
• Deliver the correct number of images per product and variant as specified in our SOP
• Ensure all images meet our quality standards — clean, professional, no fake or plastic-looking AI artifacts
• Upload completed images into Shopify in the correct order and format
• Coordinate with the product lister to ensure batches are completed on time
• Deliver 30-40 products worth of images within 1-2 days per batch

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

This is the most important part. Read carefully.

We have worked with image generators before who were slow, needed constant revision requests, and could not keep up with our upload schedule. We are done with that. We need someone who:

• Produces clean, realistic images on the first attempt — not someone who needs 3 rounds of revisions per product
• Is fast and reliable — 30-40 products in 1-2 days is the expectation, every batch. We need this because we currently are uploading 30-40 products every 2-3 days.
• Has strong AI prompting skills — you know how to get realistic, non-fake results from your tools
• Takes initiative — you follow the SOP but you also have an eye for what looks good and will flag anything that does not
• Communicates proactively — if something is taking longer than expected, you say so in advance, not after the deadline
• Goes above and beyond — you treat every product image like it is going on your own store

If you are someone who does the bare minimum, needs constant hand-holding, or cannot hit a consistent deadline, this is not the right team for you.

TOOLS

We are open to whichever AI generation tools you work best with — Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Leonardo AI, or others. What matters is the end result: realistic, high-quality images that do not look AI-generated. If you use Photoshop or compositing alongside AI tools, even better.

We are building a team in 2026 that we intend to keep and promote. The right person in this role will eventually become our Image & Creative Manager — the person who sets the visual standard for all our stores, manages other image generators, and grows with the business as we scale. We have done this with other roles in our company and we mean it.

HOW TO APPLY

4. A TEST IMAGE — this is required. Generate 2-3 realistic lifestyle scene using a lighting product and include it in your application. This is how we separate serious applicants from everyone else. Applications without a test image will not be reviewed.
