We’re looking for a detail-oriented
What You’ll Do:
> Build, QA, and deploy
> Set up and manage segments, lists, and audience targeting logic
> Pull, organize, and report on campaign performance (open rate, CTR, revenue, etc.)
> Assist with template setup, content population, and pre-send QA checklists
> Support A/B test setup and track results
> Coordinate with internal teams (designers and strategists) to meet campaign deadlines
> Manage campaign calendars and scheduling across multiple client accounts
What We’re Looking For:
> Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Klaviyo experience (required)
> Experience working with Shopify and DTC ecommerce brands
> Strong in campaigns, flows, segmentation, reporting, and strategy
> Experience managing client relationships / accounts
> Confident communicator (client-facing)
> Strong attention to detail—you catch errors before campaigns go live
> Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
> Clear written communication skills in English
> Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a remote, async environment
Nice to Have:
> Experience with SMS platforms (Klaviyo SMS, Attentive, Postscript)
> Basic HTML/CSS for
