JOB OVERVIEW

We are a marketing agency looking for a remote sales rep / closer to speak with local business owners in the USA.

You do not need previous sales experience, but it is preferred. The most important things for this role are:
- great/excellent English
- confidence speaking with prospects
- comfort being on camera
- professionalism and coachability

This role has a lot of room for growth. You will receive training and support to improve your sales skills, perform at a higher level, and increase your earnings over time. This is a very lucrative opportunity for the right person.

You will be talking to business owners about our marketing services, so you must be able to communicate clearly, build trust, and speak confidently on video calls.

Responsibilities:
- Speak with leads and prospects from US local businesses
- Join discovery and sales calls
- Communicate our marketing services clearly and confidently
- Build rapport with prospects
- Answer questions and handle objections professionally
- Follow up with leads when needed
- Keep notes and pipeline updated in the CRM
- Work hours that overlap with the US market

Must-have requirements:
- Great/excellent spoken and written English
- Must have a webcam
- Must be comfortable speaking on video calls with prospects
- Professional communication skills
- Reliable internet connection
- Quiet workspace for calls
- Organized, dependable, and coachable

Preferred:
- Sales experience
- B2B experience
- Experience speaking with US customers
- Familiarity with marketing or agency services
- Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, or similar

Compensation:
- Base pay + commission
- OTE: $2,000–$3,000/month
- Pay depends on communication skills, experience, and performance
