JOB OVERVIEW

Hey there,

My team and I are looking for a new tea ---------- mber to join our amazing 7-figure eCommerce dropshipping business team. Currently we are in need of someone that is responsible for a very important task of this business, direct response video editing and graphic photo ads for our paid marketing.
It's essential that you are experienced with eCommerce/dropshipping and creating high-converting video and photo ads.
You will need to build scroll-stopping video ads and static graphic ads from scratch, as well as translate and localize our existing winning ads into different languages.

Reports To: Process Manager / CEO

ROLE
Providing scroll-stopping, high-converting video and photo ads on a daily basis. You are the person responsible for the most crucial part of our marketing: getting the customer's attention. You ensure that every ad is built with a strong direct response framework, whether you are creating a video or static image from scratch, or translating a winning ad into a new language.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Creating high-quality, engaging video ads and static photo ads for platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram) from scratch, using raw footage, images, UGC, or sourced clips.
Translating and localizing existing winning ads into different languages, adjusting text overlays, captions, and integrating AI voiceovers if necessary.
Ensuring every video and graphic has a strong hook, good visual hierarchy, and a clear Call to Action.
Knowing how to work with professional editing software. You are completely free to choose which software you prefer to use (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, Photoshop, Canva, etc.), as long as the end result is high-converting. Maintaining a certain benchmark that is created by the Process Manager.

RESULTS
Being able to deliver 3-5 high-converting video ads or 10-15 photo ads per day.
Making sure all the work is finished within a certain time frame.
Thinking along with the CEO and Process Manager to create perfect visual marketing concepts and hooks.
Improving yourself and the results everyday.

REQUIREMENTS
- You speak & write English fluently and have a great eye for formatting translated texts accurately.
- You have experience with eCommerce and know what the requirements of a high-converting direct response video or photo ad are.
- Being able to use different kind of systems & programs that are used for professional video and photo editing.
- You have an excellent eye for marketing angles, visual design, and viral trends.
- You’re in the possession of internet and a computer that can handle video rendering and graphic design.
