Company Overview:
We are launching a fast-growing, values-driven children’s music brand focused on producing high-quality songs, videos, and content for kids and families. Our goal is to build a globally recognized brand that entertains, inspires, and connects with children in a meaningful way.
We are looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media & Growth Manager to take full ownership of our online presence and help scale our audience across platforms.
Role Overview:
This is not a basic posting role. We are looking for someone who can own and drive growth across all social platforms, combining content strategy, paid advertising, analytics, and platform optimization.
You will be responsible for turning our content into real traction—views, followers, subscribers, and listeners.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Execution
• Plan and execute a consistent posting schedule across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Collaborate with our production team to turn songs into high-performing social content (clips, reels, shorts, etc.)
• Identify trends and adapt them into our brand voice (kids/family-friendly)
Growth & Audience Development
• Build and grow followers, subscribers, and engagement across all platforms
• Develop strategies to increase YouTube subscribers and Spotify listeners
• Create and manage playlist strategies and content funnels
Paid Ads Management
• Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns (Meta, YouTube, TikTok)
• Run targeted campaigns to drive traffic to songs, playlists, and videos
• Continuously test creatives, audiences, and messaging to improve ROI
Analytics & Optimization
• Track performance across platforms (views, retention, CTR, conversions)
• Use data to refine strategy and double down on what’s working
• Provide regular reports with clear insights and next steps
Platform Optimization
• Optimize titles, thumbnails, captions, and hashtags
• Improve discoverability through SEO and algorithm strategies
• Stay up to date with platform changes and best practices
Qualifications:
• Proven experience growing social media accounts (especially YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok)
• Strong understanding of content that performs (short-form + long-form)
• Experience running and optimizing paid social campaigns
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and act on metrics
• Creative thinker with strong instincts for viral / engaging content
• Bonus: Experience in music, kids content, or family brands
