We're hiring a Lead Manager to connect with landowners, qualify motivated sellers, manage follow-up, and hand off strong opportunities to our acquisitions team. The right person is confident on the phone, natural at building rapport, disciplined with follow-up, and sharp enough to spot a motivated seller from a casual inquiry. You'll own the lead flow from first contact to qualified handoff — updating the CRM, tracking seller motivation, and keeping every lead moving through the pipeline.
Real estate or sales experience is a plus. Strong communication and relentless follow-up are non-negotiable.
Key ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Speak with landowners and motivated sellers by phone, text, and follow-up communication
- Build trust and rapport with leads while uncovering pain points, timeline, motivation, and property condition
- Qualify leads based on company buying criteria
- Maintain consistent follow-up with warm and nurture leads until they are ready to convert
- Keep the CRM fully updated with accurate notes, statuses, and next steps
- Hand off qualified opportunities to the acquisitions team with complete information
- Track conversations, follow-up schedules, and lead progression
- Provide clear reporting on lead quality, pipeline movement, and seller feedback
- Stay consistent with scripts, communication standards, and KPI expectations

- Previous experience in real estate, inside sales, appointment setting, or lead management is preferred
