Job Overview
We are looking for a high-level marketer based in the Philippines to help us with the positioning, messaging, and overall launch strategy for a new product called the RoofFirst Kit, while also helping us align it with our roofing lead-generation business, Hampton Roofing Experts.
This is not a virtual assistant role.
This is not an account setup role.
This is not a general admin support role.
We already have support for account setup and execution tasks. What we need now is someone with real marketing experience who can help us think through the market, shape the offer, improve the messaging, and guide the launch process.
We are looking for someone who understands how to help bring a product to market the right way.
What You Will Help With
1. Product Positioning
Help us clearly position the RoofFirst Kit in the market
Refine the value proposition and core offer
Identify the strongest customer pain points, buying triggers, and product angles
Help differentiate the product from competitors and low-quality alternatives
Help us determine how to best connect the product to our service business
2. Launch Strategy
Help build the overall launch strategy from pre-launch through rollout
Advise on what should happen first, what should wait, and what is most important
Help prioritize the best launch channels and tactics
Help us identify what assets, messaging, and promotions are needed before launch
Help us avoid weak positioning and poor launch decisions
3. Messaging and Offer Development
Help refine the core marketing message for the product
Improve hooks, calls to action, landing page messaging, ad angles, and customer-facing copy
Help strengthen how we present the offer online
Assist with promotional ideas and conversion-focused messaging
4. Funnel and Conversion Strategy
Help us think through the customer journey from first impression to purchase or lead
Advise on how the websites, ads, and follow-up systems should work together
Help improve the conversion flow and launch readiness
Recommend what should be emphasized to build trust and increase action
5. Market and Competitive Insight
Help research competitors, similar products, and market opportunities
Help identify gaps in the market and positioning opportunities
Help evaluate where this product should be sold and how it should be introduced

To Apply
Please answer all of the following:
1. What products, services, or brands have you helped launch?
