JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly skilled Adobe Virtual Assistant with strong experience in Adobe Character Animator, Photoshop, and Illustrator to build custom animated puppets.

You will be responsible for creating full puppet systems from reference designs, including artwork, rigging, triggers, and animation-ready files.

This is a production-based role, not basic graphic design.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create custom character artwork in Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop
• Build and rig puppets in Adobe Character Animator
• Organize and structure layers correctly for animation
• Create:
• Eye states
• Mouth visemes
• Facial expressions
• Hand gestures
• Set up:
• Triggers
• Behaviors
• Physics (hair, accessories, etc.)
• Test and deliver fully functional puppets ready for animation
• Follow detailed reference sheets and instructions
• Provide proof of work (screenshots or recordings) for each stage

Requirements (Read Carefully):
• Strong experience with:
• Adobe Character Animator (REQUIRED)
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Must understand:
• Puppet rigging
• Layer structuring (+Head, +Body, etc.)
• Lip sync / visemes
• Triggers and behaviors
• Ability to follow structured workflows and checklists
• Attention to detail (this is critical)
• Ability to communicate progress daily
Nice to Have (Bonus):
• Animation experience
• Motion graphics
• Experience building puppets for streaming or content creators
Work Process:
• You will receive:
• A reference design
• A checklist of tasks
• You will update progress daily in our tracking system
• Each task must include a proof link (no proof = not complete)
