JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly organized, reliable, and proactive freelancer to join our team in an overnight role supporting our recruitment operation.

This position plays an important part in helping qualified candidates move through the hiring process efficiently. You will be responsible for candidate outreach, pre screening, follow up, interview coordination, and keeping activity organized across active hiring campaigns.

We are looking for someone who is confident communicating with candidates, detail oriented, able to work independently, and comfortable keeping multiple moving parts on track in a fast paced remote environment.

What this role involves

Reaching out to candidates through calls, texts, and online messages

Reviewing candidate information and identifying who may be a fit based on role requirements

Pre screening candidates for qualifications, communication, location, licensing, and overall alignment

Scheduling interviews based on client availability

Following up with candidates to confirm attendance and keep the process moving

Updating notes and candidate activity accurately in our systems

Communicating clearly with the internal team regarding candidate status, scheduling updates, and follow up needs

Helping ensure campaigns stay active, organized, and moving forward overnight

What we are looking for

Previous experience in recruitment, sourcing, interview scheduling, appointment setting, or candidate coordination is strongly preferred

Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Professional, friendly, and confident communication style

Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized

Ability to work independently and remain productive in a remote setting

Comfortable using spreadsheets, messaging platforms, and online systems

Dependable, responsive, and consistent with follow up

Experience supporting recruitment or staffing teams is a plus

Experience in insurance related recruiting is a plus, but not required

Schedule

This is an overnight freelance role, so applicants must be available to work consistent overnight hours.
