JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Internal Recruiter to support our growing ABA therapy organization. This role will primarily focus on recruiting Behavior Technicians (BTs) to meet the demands of our expanding patient caseload.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and has experience sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Manage high-volume recruitment for Behavior Technicians (BTs) and related roles

Source qualified candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn and other job boards

Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process

Support onboarding by ensuring all pre-employment requirements are completed

Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system

Partner with internal teams to understand hiring needs and ensure timely placements

Continuously improve sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates

Requirements
Proven experience in high-volume recruiting (preferably in healthcare or ABA therapy)

Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn (experience with Indeed or other platforms is a plus)

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously

Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Experience coordinating interviews and onboarding processes

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred
