JOB OVERVIEW

ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for a highly perceptive, creatively sharp Creative Quality Manager to help strengthen the quality, consistency, and scalability of our photo and video delivery pipeline. This person will serve as a high-level internal creative checkpoint — reviewing deliverables, identifying recurring quality issues, spotting patterns across shooters and editors, and helping our team improve creative consistency without adding more burden to already-stretched internal leaders. This is not a basic admin or upload role. We are looking for someone with a strong creative eye first, especially in video, who can also think operationally, document issues clearly, and help improve backend workflows over time.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Review video deliverables before final delivery to ensure quality and consistency
- Catch technical and creative misses before they reach the client
- Identify patterns across shooters and editors, including recurring strengths, misses, and coaching opportunities
- Flag issues related to coverage, pacing, framing, shot variety, detail shots, creative direction, music choice, captions, and overall polish
- Organize observations and feedback clearly for internal leadership
- Help create stronger quality control standards and backend review processes
- Support delivery readiness by ensuring projects are complete, clean, and aligned with internal expectations
- Help reduce the amount of proofing, review, and repetitive delivery work sitting on senior internal tea ---------- mbers
- Contribute to SOPs, workflow improvements, and quality documentation as the team grows
- Writing feedback briefs to photographers and videographers regarding review and delivery
- Ensuring brand standards for photos and videos (correct logos, fonts, colors, etc.)

- Fewer quality issues slipping through to clients
- Better visibility into shooter/editor performance trends
- Stronger internal feedback loops for creative coaching
- More consistency across delivered video content
- Less manual review burden on the internal team
- Cleaner backend systems and a more scalable delivery process

IDEAL BACKGROUND
- Strong video editing or post-production background
- Excellent creative judgment and attention to detail
- Ability to spot both technical and aesthetic issues quickly
- Experience reviewing work for quality, not just producing it
- Organized, process-aware, and able to document findings clearly
- Real estate media experience
- Comfortable working behind the scenes in a support and oversight capacity
- Strong AI skillsets such as Higgsfield, Nano Banana Pro, Eleven Labs, Claude, and others

NICE TO HAVE
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume creative environment
- Familiarity with distributed editing teams or offshore creative support
- Operational or workflow improvement experience
- Experience helping train, guide, or support photographers/editors

THIS ROLE IS NOT
- A client-facing phone support role
- A purely admin or upload-only VA role
- A replacement for creative leadership
- A basic checklist-only QC seat

This role is for someone who can combine creative discernment, consistency, and backend support to help level up our internal quality control and creative execution.
