ABOUT THE ACCOUNT
We run an Instagram account (22K followers) supporting couples through the season of early parenthood — the relationship strain, the identity shifts, the beautiful hard work of staying connected while raising babies. The content is warm, psychologically grounded, and genuinely helpful. Our audience is engaged and growing.

The face of the account is transitioning to a licensed psychologist and couples therapist. You'll be helping bring her voice and expertise to life on Instagram.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Video Editing (this is the core of the role)
• Receive raw talking-head footage filmed on an iPhone
• Edit into polished Instagram Reels (cuts, captions, music, pacing)
• Our style is clean, warm, and professional — not trendy or overly produced
• Deliver 2-4 edited Reels per week

Posting & Scheduling
• Post content to Instagram on a set schedule
• Write or finalize captions using provided scripts and brand voice
• Add relevant hashtags

Carousel Design
• Design 1–2 carousels per week in Canva using our existing templates
• Content and copy will be provided — you bring the visual execution

Automation Management
• Maintain and monitor our ManyChat comment-trigger flows
• Manage our Flodesk or Kit email sequences — tagging, list hygiene, basic troubleshooting
• Flag anything that needs attention

Community
• Monitor comments and DMs
• Respond to straightforward comments using provided guidelines
• Flag comments that need a personal response from the psychologist

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Proven Instagram Reels editing experience — please include a portfolio or examples
• Comfortable with Canva, ManyChat, and Kit/Flodesk (or very willing to learn)
• Excellent written English — your caption writing will represent a licensed professional
• Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Someone who genuinely cares about the mission — this content helps real couples who are new parents
• Available for a short weekly check-in via voice or video

This is not a high-volume, post-10-times-a-week account. This is a focused, quality-first account where every piece of content matters. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with us long-term.

• Approximately 8–10 hours per week to start
• Long-term position with room to grow as the account and business expand
