Overview:
We are a fast-growing service-based business seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage incoming customer communications, scheduling, and client follow-ups. This role is critical in maintaining excellent customer experience and maximizing repeat business.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
Manage and respond to
Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars efficiently
Follow up with past clients to rebook services and maintain relationships
Keep customer records organized and up to date
Communicate clearly with the team regarding scheduling updates and customer needs
Handle basic customer service issues and escalate when necessary
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, customer service rep, or similar role preferred
Strong communication skills (both phone and written)
Comfortable speaking with customers and handling objections
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Tech-savvy (experience with CRM/scheduling software is a plus)
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in home services or similar industries
Sales or upselling experience (especially for rebooking clients)
Familiarity with tools like Housecall Pro, Jobber, or similar platforms
Compensation:
Hourly pay + potential performance bonuses based on bookings/rebookings
