JOB OVERVIEW

We're Live Breathe Futbol (LBF), a Philadelphia-based lifestyle soccer brand with an official MLS license. We sell premium soccer-inspired apparel online and we're growing fast. We need a reliable, creative graphic designer to own all of our visual production work so our founder can focus on the business.
This is a production-heavy role with real creative freedom. You'll work within our brand guidelines but we want someone with a good eye who can bring ideas to the table, not just execute instructions. If you take pride in clean, consistent visual work and can turn assets around quickly without sacrificing quality, this is a great fit.
What you'll own:
Resizing and cropping product and lifestyle images for the website, creating social media graphics for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, building email graphics to support our Klaviyo campaigns, producing ad creatives for Meta, keeping our visual output consistent with LBF brand guidelines across every touchpoint, and organizing and maintaining our asset library so files are easy to find and reuse.
What we're not looking for:
We don't need a motion designer or video editor for this role. We need someone fast, consistent, and detail-oriented who can handle a high volume of production work while keeping everything looking sharp.
Please include in your application: a portfolio showing work across social media, digital ads, or ecommerce brands, confirmation of which tools you're proficient in, your availability and time zone overlap with US Eastern, and your monthly rate.

Skills requirements:
Must have: proficiency in at least two of the following — Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma. Strong eye for layout, typography, and color. Ability to work independently from brand guidelines without heavy direction. Fast turnaround on production tasks. Strong attention to detail and file organization.
Nice to have: experience working with an apparel or lifestyle brand, familiarity with Shopify image specs and social media platform dimensions, and an interest in soccer or sports culture.
