Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls, texts, and
- Build rapport quickly and deliver an exceptional client experience from first contact to scheduling
- Confidently educate clients and agents on the home inspection process and services offered
- Guide clients through booking while identifying opportunities to recommend additional services
- Manage scheduling and calendars efficiently, ensuring appointments are set up accurately
- Communicate clearly with inspectors, clients, and agents to keep everything running smoothly
- Stay organized and responsive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift
What We’re Looking For
- Energetic, positive, and people-focused personality
- Strong communication skills (phone, text, and
- Background in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles preferred
- Previous experience in a home inspection company is a plus
- Comfortable discussing services, pricing, and making recommendations
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Compensation & Growth Opportunities
