Key Responsibilities

* Contact warehouses and distributors to process orders, return and refund.
* Document customer interactions and follow up when necessary.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and consistent service quality.
Requirements
* Previous customer service experience (e-commerce experience)
* Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
* Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
* Ability to work the stated schedule in Eastern Standard Time.
* Experience with ZenDesk (or similar customer service platforms).
* Familiarity with using a Dialer is a plus.
* Experience with BigCommerce or other eCommerce platforms is a plus.
* Background in medical supplies is a plus.
* Follow instructions, handbook and guidelines.
