We are building the ultimate all-in-one rental ecosystem that combines Zillow, Airbnb, LoopNet, and every other fragmented platform into one intelligent marketplace. Our platform handles every type of space (residential, commercial, short-term, parking, storage, event venues, etc.) with AI-powered listings, dynamic pricing, auto-syndication, virtual tours, tenant screening, and a brand-new physical signage program that turns properties into 24/7 marketing assets.
We are in final pre-launch phase (NYC launch first) and need sharp, reliable Virtual Assistants who live in GoHighLevel (GHL) and love being on the phone.
What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)

.
Make proactive outbound calls to Landlords and have them sign up for AllSpaces.
Expertly navigate and manage our GoHighLevel CRM: create/update contacts, log call notes, and trigger automations.

Provide exceptional customer service and escalate complex issues to the core team.


Must-Have Requirements

Proven experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM daily (workflows, pipelines, SMS campaigns, calendars, reporting – this is non-negotiable).
Strong phone presence – clear, professional, energetic, and confident on calls (both inbound and outbound).
1+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, real estate, property management, or virtual assistance.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Reliable high-speed internet, quiet workspace, and a professional phone setup (laptop + headset).
Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time business hours (core coverage 9 AM – 6 PM ET).
Fast learner who can quickly master our platform and processes.

Nice-to-Haves (Big Plus)

Real estate industry knowledge (rentals, leasing, tenant screening, property management).
Experience with real estate CRMs like Follow Up Boss, Sierra Interactive, or similar.
Comfortable with AI tools, calendars (Google/Outlook), and basic data entry.
Previous experience supporting a startup or fast-growing platform.
